Lynsight held its Fall Quarterly Meeting on September 30–October 1, 2025, at the historic and picturesque Haikko Manor, nestled near the charming town of Porvoo, Finland. With roots tracing back to the 14th century, Haikko Manor offered a serene and inspiring setting for both productive discussions and relaxed team bonding.
The first day of the meeting was dedicated to company updates and knowledge sharing. CEO Niklas Lahti opened the day with a company update, followed by sessions that ranged from practical matters to scientific exploration, including a thought inspiring R&D case study. Several team members took turns presenting key topics and facilitating discussions, creating an engaging atmosphere throughout the day. The day concluded with a refreshing visit to the manor’s spa and a delightful dinner at Restaurant Salt in Porvoo, known for its cozy atmosphere and locally inspired cuisine.
The second day was all about team spirit and fun. The group headed to Restaurant Day & Night in Porvoo, which features an impressive indoor minigolf course. Laughter and friendly competition filled the morning, followed by a relaxed lunch at the same venue.
This overnight meeting has become a cherished tradition for Lynsight’s Q3 gatherings, offering a perfect balance between work and leisure. The beautiful surroundings of Haikko and Porvoo, combined with engaging activities and meaningful discussions, made this year’s Fall Quarterly Meeting a truly memorable experience. It was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our team spirit and celebrate the great people who make Lynsight what it is.
